Partcann (sic!): Maybe the partisans infantry units that were removed from the game but managed to slip in Zero Hour.Warlord: I'd say tied to the African Warlords faction.Pulse Laser: Most likely a general point.

#BULLDOZER COMMAND CONQUER GENERALS UPGRADE#
May have been brought back in Zero Hour as the cut Elite Guard upgrade that evolved into the Fortified Structure upgrade.

Sentinal : Probably another leftover from either the Asian Empire or African Warlords factions.Slave Team: Somehow reminiscent of the Worker.Ninja: The only idea where they could be from is the Asian Empire faction.Mongol: Perhaps planned as an infantry on horseback? It might could be related with the Asian Empire faction.

How this would have worked exactly is also uncertain. Also it could be an early name of the Overlord tank. Some concept arts shows large elephants with the whole buildings with infantry on their back, so it could be prototypes of Juggernaut. Juggernaut: Probably it might be related with the African Warlords faction. The developers probably removed it so China does not get more defenses than the other factions. Could've been independent too, but in any case it would not work with the current bridge logic. Bridge Layer: Perhaps tied in with the repairable/destroyable bridges logic.Too bad it never saw the light of the day. Vulcan Tank: This tank would fit in quite well in the game.It has a model file in Zero Hour, however it is just a placeholder. Sniper Drone: Probably another drone for the guardian drones logic. Some of the units referenced, however, do not appear anywhere in the game. Most of the other selection pictures are just placeholders which have a generic image and the unit name written at the bottom (like the original Command & Conquer). All trained tanks start as veterans but this data entry is omitted. All trained Predator tanks would start as veterans.A 20% or 15% increase in cost for all trained aircraft however both data entries are omitted.A 20% decrease in cost and a 15% decrease in training time for his Supply Trucks. This was slightly added back in Zero Hour but not in the way it was originally planned for the base game. This general system was supposed to offer bonuses and penalties for the player depending on their choice of the chosen general. The generals system was removed from the final game mostly because the developers thought it would just weaken gameplay.Įvery faction had three generals. As a result, there were no vanilla factions like in Zero Hour. It worked similar but differently to the generals system which eventually got used in the Zero Hour expansion pack - you did not select the general from the menu, but instead just selected your faction and then got the opportunity in-game to select your desired general. The game was originally supposed to have a generals system, as its name suggests. *The bonuses and penalties for the other factions
